Want to make anamorphic pillar images yourself at home? You can use our converter below to transform an image into a distorted version for viewing in a pillar.

For a full-size Mirror Pillar image, this will produce a rectangular grid version, and a distorted version to check against. You can download the full-size grid squares to draw on here.

The small A4 version can be used with a mini-Mirror Pillar - a cardboard toilet roll tube wrapped in foil or reflective mylar. You can download blank mini-Pillar grids here. The sheet is designed for a tube of diameter 5cm, but if you print it at 90%, 80% or 70% scale it'll fit a tube of diameter 4.5cm, 4cm or 3.5cm respectively.
